I hope I had read this review earlier. I have purchased the Inalsa Maxie DX and facing a lots o problem the mixer is not working for more than one month and nobody is attending the complaint inspite of follow-up.

After numerous follow-ups overphon/e-mails and spending time and more money I am yet to receive complete refund from Indiatimes. They have refunded part amount and are not giving any details even after following up. I have to go through another long fight with Indiatimes to get the balance refund.
I have already registered my complaint with 'CORE (Consumer online Resourse & Empowerment Center' - http://www.core.nic.in - supported by Min. of Consumer Affairs, Govt. of India). Totally agree with you. You write again you will receive similar reply from some other executive and will have no reference/link to your the earlier correspondence. Try it. I am facing similar problems.
