I have bought many many products from different websites but this is the first time I feel cheated and let down by online shopping.
I had ordered for IPAD 4(best price of course) from this website on 13th March and supposed to be delivered by 22nd march (Tomorrow) as per the order. Now I have contacted them countless times and I remember each of the customer reps names but will not post it here. They have all been trained to assure customers and talk well but today I figured out from the conversation that they don’t know the actual status of the order but simply forward request to other department like Robots every time we call. They have nil connection with other departments!! I fail to understand how this company operates, trying to spoil Times Group reputation.
I have to admit I trusted them after I made couple of small orders like dvd’s, books etc & received them with minor delays, nothing of concern.
But today I feel I have been cheated for the first time via online shopping. Like some of the other members pointed out the discounts are too good to be true!! Next time I will think 5 times before I order anything online.
I hope they at least ship it by tomorrow and now deeply concerned after going through this website whether I will get a genuine product without damages & warranty.
Hoping for the best & hopefully I can regain some of my confidence back with the Website
