Finally got a call from operations...gave assurance that they will try to the max it will be shipped by Tomorrow...that 'try' is worrying...they also suggested me the option of cancelling the order (after holding my money for 12 days)??? Pathetic..
I was told a supervisor will call by 3pm, no response i again called back now. They said they cannot transfer me to their supervisor but an operation head will get in touch with me in 2 hrs.. Funny thing...All my friends in the building & family members know about this situation & now everyone is e read more...

I totally agree with you.. myself & many others are facing it right now..some initiative must be taken..
Since i didn't get a call as promised by Monday morning i called up customer care now , i was put on hold for 10 minutes without any reply & Mr Lakshmikanth just took off. I called up once again & they said they can ship the product only by March 30th because of Holi !!!Can you beat that??.I read more...
So far I did not receive any call nor any reply to my emails- absolutely nil communication .This is the height of inefficiency & i have never faced such treatment.
