I and my brother bought this machine at the same time. My brother’s machine’s motherboard got burnt out within 1 year, thankfully they replaced the machine after we made hue and cry on twitter. My machine’s motherboard went faulty after 6 years and they charged me 10000/- to replace it. Prior to this, they charged me 800/- for 2 visits the engineers made earlier and provided some random fixes which didn’t resolve the issue. Compare this to my LG washing machine which had only a few plastic parts replaced throughout its 10 years of operation, after which I discarded it since it(conceivably) started making loud noises because of body rusting.
