Dear IndiaPlaza, I completely agree that like all other e-tailing sites, IndiaPlaza also has complaints but unlike other sites, user has to post reviews on mouthshut.com to get their them resolved, and that doesnt make a happy customer :) Hoping to have less issues making it to mouthshut or faceb read more...

I called up vodafone customer care and they have asked me to go to nearest vodafone store to get my post-paid converted to pre-paid. After reading your review I'm planning to throw away the connection. Has the scheme of retaining your number while switching service provider, been implemented?

This is a very fair comparison.
