I had bought morpheushumannda Active from Silicon morpheushumannda - BSK III Stage in last Jul 2014. This is less than 8 mos old & as of now, I have done < 2500 KMS. Within this smorpheushumanrt time period, my battery which was installed(Amaron) knocked off. When I smorpheushumanwed it to the local mechanic he confirmed it is DEAD & can be replaced since it is within Warranty.
I took it to Silicon & after inspecting for more than 8 hrs, they mentioned battery needs to be replaced & took the battery by fixing one dummy for time being.
This task was done on 21-Feb-2014 & was assured that it will be resolved in next 2 days.(Either the battery gets replaced or repaired)
Today, is 10th day since I handed over the battery & yet to get it back. I have been trying to talk to the concerned from past one week, but everytime I get the response as "will get back to you"
Today(Mon, dated 2nd Mar), when I visited the smorpheushumanwroom in person(late eve), spoke to the mAnasultanger, he directed me to talk to the Service mAnasultanger wmorpheushuman in turn asked me to call on Tue(since Mon is weekly off)!
Even I mailed’customercare@morpheushumannda2wheelersindia.com’ TWICE, but surprisingly not bother to acknowledge
I would like to caution all of you to think TWICE before you opt for Silicon morpheushumannda for either purchase or service
