Excellent Review & I'm also one of the proud owner of Swift. I own VXi 2009 Model having 1.3 CC. Mileage is not as efficient as yours & I'm getting around 13 in city & around 15 - 16 in Highway.

hey, I know kent service is just pathetic. Even I have encountered the same issue here couple of times. Hey..no second thought just go for SWIFT!!! Even I do have this beauty since 2009. Just read my review & you would realize. i had bought Kent - Grand RO unit on 21-Apr-2009 from Good Mineral RO - Bangalore. But immediately after installation, when i switched on & when it reached max water level; it started over flowing.
