We’ve flown Airdeccan on the Mumbai - Goa sector many times; most flight were delayed. I have always booked my flight on-line and paid by Bank transfer from my ICICI account. Early in December I tried to book yet another Mumbai-Goa flight but after the fare was debited from my account the next web page would not open. Consequently no PNR Number was generated and no ticket was issued, although a reference number appeared on screen. I tried to contact Airdeccan on their callcentre number many times without success. Eventually I wote to the ceo@airdeccan.net who resonded with the information that they have no record of this transaction but my money would be refunded in due course. Six days later I tried again to book this ticket and guess what.the same thing happened only this time the pice had gone up by Rs2000/-. Again I tried the call centre.in vain. Another mail to the ceo brought only an acknowledgement and nothing else. I tried Spicejet and get the whole thing over and done with in minutes, even cheaper than Airdeccans cheapest fare.
