I had a minor problem regarding contact address change, after 40 plus emails and several weeks later I wrote to the then CEO Mr. Kamath. Two days later the problem was resolved. You need to go to the top straight away because no one seems to be qualified to follow your request/ instruction.

I neede to write several e-mails to get a curt response, hardly explaing my query shame on you. You should take a leaf out of the UK Bank's books on their customer service, try First Direct- you usually get a response same day.
