I purchased 2 HP optical mouse online on snapdeal.com on 1-Oct-13. On 5-Oct I was delivered a packet with 2 optical mouse but, to my surprise one was as seen on Snapdeal website while the other was a mini USB mouse from HP which I had not ordered.
I immediately complained as I was assured I am buying through TrustPay. Reverse pick-up was arranged immediately on 9th Oct 13 by Delivery courier.
However, I received no communication after that from Snapdeal and hence I made a call to their customer support. To my surprise they said they have not received product back in their godown.
In my snapdeal.com account the status saysReverse pick up received but the support team has no update and they continue to say they have not received the product.
Today is 13th Nov, more than a month since I returned the product but have received no response, no refund or exchange of product.
Ive feel being cheated by snapdeal.com
