Ok I must say my first order with them was very good. I ordered a Flip diaper and got it within 3 days. I was a happy customer. So went ahead and ordered 3 more on 15th August (1186444113, 1186476077 and 1202985938). The estimated shipment date was 20th Aug.
Nothing happened on that date too, still I waited patiently. Late that day I got a mail from them saying my order will be delayed 3 business days. after that no information. I mailed them regarding the delivery date. got an arrogant reply saying they will cancel my order if they could not deliver within 3 days of estimated shipment date.
I was like why the heck they waited for 1 week keeping my money if they knew the item was out of stock! And why did they allow me to order an out of stock item (so they say now)?! with this site my online experience has come to a bitter turn. from now onward I will only go for cash on delivery.
Even if they don’t deliver, I don’t have to worry about getting my money back. in any case I lost valuable time. their online status is in progress for a long time now. they say they are trying to procure item and ship to me. I doubt that. I think they will cancel the order citing the clause in their service and after more than 2 weeks I will still be left with having to reorder these items from a better reliable site.
my request is to be cautious while ordering from this site. You might have had one good experience. But that doesn’t guarantee you will have good experience always. This site seems to work on random events. So shop at your own risk/luck or whatever!
