had same experience yesterday.without even calling me once or visiting my address they updated status as consignee not available at address! Today I'm going to call them first thing in the morning!
today they gave a reference number for my shipment which when I checked at courier tracking website shows a shipment from Bangalore to Raipur!!
got my order delivered today ie on 11th day. That is better than snapdeal who did not and looks like in no mood to deliver my order for similar product!

I should have read this review before ordering online.have ordered on 15th august and still waiting for shipment of orders or any communication from them. this is for within bangalore order! their online site is worst with no provision to cancel order!

I ordered two identical items from flipkart but on different days. the one ordered on August 7th didnt reach even after 10 days so I cancelled the order. but the one ordered on 10th August reached within 3 days! I guess it depends on our luck that we get items within 1 week!
