I am going through hell while dealing with Snapdeal. They ensure that they take money instantly for the purchase you make on their web site but never care about the delivery of the product.I purchased Nokia C6-01(Silver Grey) From Snapdeal on 6-Nov 2011.Order No.207655089 and paid Rs.13, 300 via net payment.
Till Today I have not received my product and speaking with the customer service has been an even more horrible experience.They are ill informed about the status of delivery.All they have are standard responses and copy paste statements. All they know is making false claims that your product is dispatched but our system will get updated with the tracking no only after 24 hours which never happens. I want my mobile or my money back as I am seriously considering visiting the Consumer Court of Mumbai for the mental agony I have gone through.I must have spent 100 bucks towards making calls to customer service till date.
