Pay and forget..... they will never deliver

Bought a shirt to gift someone on 20th march, its 12 days now and they are shifting shipping date regularly(changed it three times till now), I regret my decision to choose them, it was my first transaction with them and hope to be the last one until and unless I get a clear and logical response. Not absurd response like " Due to an overwhelming response received for our product deals in recent days " why dont you remove the listings if you cant handle such orders, is this a trick to keep buyers money in your account for so many days and later purchase and dispatch it.


One must have stitched the shirt and sent during this period, they cant ship even a readymade shirt.


Once I had similar experience with futurebazaar, I think somehow they can manage to exist as they had offline presence also, but how snapdeal is planning for future by such type of service when they are completely dependent on online shopping.


To the owner of SNAPDEAL - please open a decent shop where you can actually give people what u promise and customers pay for, you are wasting your money and frustrating many people from your web portal.


To Others - Never buy anything from them, until and unless you want to test your patience and you had lots of time for calls, email and checking updated status of dispatch dates.
