Sony Ericsson Z550i

Hi guys

After nearly a month of using this phone, I would like to mention my experience. I still feel that it is the best phone in this range. The main features which had attracted me towards this phone were:

1. 1.3 Camer

2. Bluetooth

3. Expandable memory

4. Media player

All these features are working as desired. However, there are one or two negative features:

1. You cannot zoom in the photo one taken.

2. After a while the 25 MB memory will seem to be very less.

3. Sound of speaker could have been higher.

4. There are not two many applications to download from SonyE website.

However, these are minor points. The phone is still cool.

I had Nokia 1100 before this and wanted to upgrade my phone as my need for phone memory and my available budget had increased. I had initially thought of purchasing either of Motorola L6 or Nokia 6070, as both were of my range and had most of the features I wanted. However, at the same time I wanted features of Nokia 6600. I was totally confused and then decided to go to a mobile store instead of searching phones on internet. I visited exclusive nokia showroom. Don’t do that. They will restrict your choices. There after I went to a showroom where the sales person was highly mobile savVy. He told me an expand my budget of possible and go for Sony Ericsson z550i. He showed me all its features. They were impressive. I decided to look for reviews of this phone on net. All the features were amazing and I instantly decided to go for this phone. Its over a week since I have purchased this phone. I am highly satisfied with my choice. The phone costed me Rs. 7950 plus Rs. 200 for its case. This phone is being highly advertised these days.

Nokia users need not worry about user friendly interface. Interface of this phone is very friendly and nokia users will not have problem in shifting to it. I am not mentioning the features as they are easily available on other reviews; only mentioning my shopping experience. Take my word, if you have a budget of upto Rs. 8000, don’t go for any other phone. Let me know if you require any other feed back from me.
