Hi, Ringtone volume good. When it comes to preloaded ringtones they are not highly audible. However, if you downloand a song and set it as ringtone, then it is pretty high. Normally, when in pocket or elsewhere, I dont face any problem.

Why don't you try contacting their call centre or to the number of customer service given on their website. Tell them the trouble that you are facing. Don't get the loan cancelled.
