Got their Fibre to home connection recently, installation was a breeze(and free) the plans are fair, I get about 16 Mbps down and 2+ up almost always with 16 GB FUP+ 8 GB google top up if I way for 3 months at a time and 1Mbps down beyond that for about 900 a month. Customer service has been good, the only time I had to call a technician, he was there within an hour. You get sms alerts when there are outages(not always though).
The only downside is reliability, Ive got 4 major outages of 2 hours or more in the past 2 months, the one time their cable got cut it was out for a good 8-10 hours. Ill wait and watch if I will continue the service beyond the 3+ 1 Free months that Ive already paid for.
