For ages SBI is rendering services to its customers. With the development of banking services, customer care, ATM services, credit facilities, foreign exchanges, internet banking, it is evident that there is a steep competition taking place with the private and nationalised banks in the country. It is very difficult to analyze who’s is the best, but my goodwill is always towards SBI. From my days of childhood I would remember the numerous services provided by SBI, even encouraging youngsters to save . The only Bank which had been providing services to the remote areas from the past as well as services abroad.
Speaking about the financial products like credit cards and debit cards customers life has become easy as it has reduced the tension of collecting cash, as ATM services of SBI are available even in the remote areas of the country.
Thanks to its services, however growth of it depends upon proper training, management and recruitment of dedicated staff, and keeping updated with the recent technological developments in banking.
