I had availed a treadmill repair service through Sulekha website. The service personnel removed the motor from the treadmill for repair and never returned it back even after several weeks.(still not returned while I am writing this review). This being the scenario, I received a call from Sulekha customer service asking me about the feedback of the treadmill company. I gave them the feedback that I am facing problems with their service and when I later checked their website I was surprised to find that someone from Sulekha had written a review in my name regarding the service of the company that I had availed. I am not sure how someone could write a review in my name without my knowledge in their website. This is cheating. This happened in Chennai.
