I've been using it for more than four years without any problem. Yes, ocassionally you need to top the gas since split airconditioners are bound to have more maintenance as the compressor are situated outside. This happens with all split airconditioners irrespective of the brand or models.

I hope you have also called your credit card issuing bank to cancel the order. You can mention that they have not deleiverd the goods and initiate a refund.
They would ship it ultimately when that mobile model becomes redundant. If you need to reach them through phone call them between 3p.m and 5p.m. (throughout my followup with them I was able to reach between this time only).
