Taking a Home Loan

I have visited almost all PSU banks, Private banks and housing finance companies.

Please guide me as per your experience on the below:

1. Which bank or housing finance company is better?

2. Ideally should I go for 3 or 5 yrs fixed interest rate as per the current teaser campaigns?

3. Should I hire a agent(with 0.5% extra money) for earliest processing and disbursements?

4. If my net salary is 32065 what would be the maximum eligibility as per you?

5. What should I be more careful about while applying or signing the agreement part?
