IDBI's customer service is really pathetic in some of the branches. As compared to other banks reducing the floating rate from as high as 11.25% to just 10% for all existing customers, don't know why IDBI is adamant and continues to charge us at 11%. While I'm exploring with SBI, surely the next loan is not from IDBI

IDBI allows for only 4 pre-payments in a financial year provided the minimum amount is Rs. 50,000 My concern is not on pre-payments but to transfer loan to another bank which is gross 2 - 3 % of the outstanding amount.
