Worst customer care

I took Tata docomo mobile sim card 15 days back only. With that I took  Rs.99/- 6GB monthly plan for internet. For giving settings for my SPICE MI270 mobile, they troubled me a lot. I had to call 10 times to customer care. I purchased Beetle dongle for using this sim for laptop internet. I called 15-20 times to customer care to give settings.

Every time, I called they were suggesting to call other number. Finally I gave up the idea of using sim card for laptop internet. I am going to stop that internet plan. Anyway, in this website we find only negative comments, because if everything is fine, we usually don’t waste time to write comments. But, it is a bad experience for me, that is why I am writing.
