Till today i have not received my Amazon kindle. At least pepperfry responds our complaints here. Koovs people are so insensitive to our problems.

21 working days is too long to wait to get a product. This site is worst in this aspect. Flipcart delivers within two days. Yebhi.com delivers within 3 days. These people are lazy fellows. With little effort they can supply products within 3 working days or max. one week. Fortunately, i read all the read more...

Today i checked based on the tracking id given by KOOVS in Express it website. The product is coming from Newjersy, USA. I don't know how many days it takes.

One great thing, i observed here is, pepperfry people are reading our comments and responding. That is not the case with Koovs etc. They are having live chat option also. Very nice. We expect same thing from others also.
i received my order promptly.
Today i came back from a small tour and checked my orders. Luckily, it is showing that my product has been shipped. OK, i will wait for two more days. If it comes, i am lucky. COD will be the better option for purchases in Koovs.
I waited till 12.45hrs. Hasini has not called me. I called again at 12.45hrs. This time Ms. Nitya attended. She told as usual by monday she would solve the problem and she promised that she will be calling me on monday. Let us wait.
Three days back i called their customer care and Mr. Shankar attended the call and hetold that within friday i.e today i will get the product.
