I am a subscriber of TATA Indicom walky with Account No 200650011 I have been using the connection for the lat 5 years. I had few issues with thir service but tolerated them. My phone had a reception problem and after my repeated calls, they took pains to change the instrument and the new instrument does not work when the power(electricity) goes off. I called up their call center but they declined to even accept the complaint! They say that I should waste my time and take the instrument to their office and pay Rs400/- and replace the battery at my cost!
They have some one named Nodal officer with Ph No 9246399970 it is either busy or no one answers! I mailed to him and also to the appelate authority. But to no anvil. Tatas managed to portray themselves as highly ethical company but the fact is the opposite of it. We as customers added 20 million connections to the company and they are riding on us and acting totally irresponsibly in discharging their duties.
I went to the office to register the complaint and the customer service executives SHAMELESSLY showed the way to cancel my connection! What are they counting upon? They treat the customers as paracites and talk so recklessly. Tata will definitely pay its toll for its negligence and I request each of you to contribute to the cause by either cancelling the subscription or changing the operator from TATA to a responsible company once number portability comes into force. This way, we will also reduce the burden on the company as well as the lethargic staff including the Nodal officer and Appelate auhority who are like ornaments just to showcase. Shame on the disgusting lot.
