Since Centurian bank has been taken over by Punjab National Bank, you will taste the bureaucratic style of functioning in this bank. Nothing to be surprised of any nationalised bank will give you the same experience. Most of the people working there are highly lethargic and irresponsible idiots.

thanks for the information Sanjay, but are the authorities really concerned about the customers? We can neither lobby nor bribe the authorities as rogue companies like Bharti and Vodafone does! its true they are dumping the third grade handsets. You can see the phone 'made by nokia' instead of 'made in (country name)' it happens in india alone. buy a nokia in singapore or dubai or america, you will see the place of origin too! Is this not some thing fishy?
