Worst product even worst service. Stay away

I bought this product on 22 May 2015 and it is now out of warranty. Under warranty period I had to call Tata Swach service engineer multiple times but you get free service so you don’t mind. But after warranty period they charge Rs. 450/- per visit.


The internal 6 liter tank of the water filter takes 5-6 hours to fill up. Every time the technician comes and fix the problem but recursively after 25-30 days the problem repeats. There is no problem of water pressure or hard water as we stay in Charkop, Kandivali West, Mumbai and we get good water supplied by BMC.


My last complain number was CRMH-18122016-156910 which was placed yesterday and I was promised over phone by call center executive that she would escalate the complain on urgent basis and the executive would not charge any money. But when the service engineer visited today on 19th Dec 2016, he refused to service the filter without being paid Rs. 450/-. On my call back to Tata Swach Customer care the new executive too refused to accept what was promised and told me that I’ll have to pay Rs. 450/- as it is out of warranty.


I feel I’m cheated by Tata Swach and hence would like to warn others to keep away from Tata Swach products ant it can make you a cow to be milked forever.
