I have ordered the product on 5th of september 2012 from tata swach website with online payment. And till date i haven’t received the product. My friends out there, please don’t do online ordering (or at least advance payment) or else you are gonna get fooled.
All these 20 days i have been calling the customer support for help , and they are actually clueless. Once after my continuous talking and voice raising with senior executive in the customer support, finally after 15 days of ordering they told me to write to their email. And i got a reply that they have stock issues (refer photos for my email communication).
In the email they again promised me the usual 48 hours of time and nothing happened. Now i finally gave up and am trying to cancel my order. there is no procedure to cancel the order, except sending an email. Weird. Anyway i wrote the email and am waiting for my refund hopefully which will happen. But i am not sure.
Guys, please dont got for this product’s online purchase. This review is not good for the product as such. But do not go for online ordering from tata website. And warn your friends too.
