@Manish - How possibly can it be Miscommunicated? i dont think so. Because you can see the pictures which i posted regarding my online order and my email communication with them. And FYI, these emails were written after endless calls to the customer support and 3 or 4 promises by them that ''we will read more...

My issue is almost similar to yours. I purchased through online payment on 5th Sep 2012. And on this day 23rd of Sep, the consumer cell is not having any clue about the status of my order. They are not able to help. Right now i just wrote an email for cancellation of my order, and hopefully i will g read more...
