The Oriental Blossom at the Marine Plaza is a restaurant not worth missing. Although it does not have the sophistication of the Golden Dragon at the Taj or the karisma of Nelson Wang, it is definitely worth visiting. The menu is extensive yet not unending. The overall food is very good although I am vary of the seafood there. I highly recommend the mongolian chicken, steamed chinese greens & the pork spare ribs. The steamed bread is also well done. For lunch they have a dim sum trolley, which offers a good selection of dim sum. They also have a selection of set banquet menus for small groups of 8 & more people which I find very reasonable for the quantity of food offered. This restaurant also has an added edge being in a 5 star hotel - the security, valet parking etc. I do find one irritating characteristic though; there are 2 sittings so you have to book a table at their timings, not at a time convenient to you.
