Your lucky you even got a response. Most of these foreign companies don't even bother replying. I have had similar experience with American Express, Swiss airlines & many more.

Your review reminds me of the time I had gone to the Four Seasons Hotel in Bali. They had a superb outdoor restaurant there called PJ's. Your review describes my experience at P.J.'s exactly. I agree with your view that the waiters try & bum you. I ordered a glass of their imported house wine a year ago, it was almost 500/- for a glass. Even the Taj or Oberoi don't charge that much for a house wine. Its sad that 'respectable' establishments cheat their guests like this.

You couldn't be more on the mark. I totally agree with your comments. P.S. also try their imported cold meats - especially the Turkey pastrami the best - the chicken white sauce puff.
