Mental Torture Service

I was using tikona to have peaceful life But after few months of usage it started giving problems like frequent disconnections, speed dropping and sometime it goes off for days. When u call customer care they would increase ur frustration. For a silliest thing they will ask u to wait for 24 hrs.


When I called CC frequently they assigned engineer to rectify the fault. I got the sms regarding this but engineer never visited the site N mind u this happened twice or thrice. Moreover when u call CC ur call will get through after 5 to 8 mins. Finally I decided to quit the service and gave a disconnection request on 12th march. I could not attend the callback from CC on 17th coz I was out of town n when I came back n called CC they told me that my req for disconnection was cancelled.


Just because I couldnt attend the call Dosent really mean that I am not willing to disconnect the services. After 15th mar I have not been using BB services n had paid my dues till 15th march. till 11 apr my BB has not beem disconnected. Worst service of Tikona has made my life very horrible. So guys dont go for tikona. better use moble 3g.
