Inspite of not using the net from 15 mar 15 till 15 apr 15 Tikona has sent me a bill. i was told that i had no usage n had given disconnection request on 12th march so i would not be charged. But what is this bill for. Do cancel the bill or i have to go to consumer court to settle.
This time also dont give me lame excuses that i was not picking up the call so u cancelled my request. Simply giving one ring and disconnecting the call will not work this time tikona... take my mails and this as confirmation for closure and stop torturing ur customers or rather se ' Kast se mar' me read more...
Closure request of 3rd apr is not yet approved... it seems the system goes round the world to complete the formalities.... Tikona really sucks......
