But shipped "Samsung C370 DVD Player" instead of "Samsung C460 DVD Player". So, instead of sending the product back to them they offered to give an unconditional Gift Coupon for 300 INR (GC worth MRP difference b/w DVD Players. Oh... Again, GC???). I have asked for a new invoice stating the product name as "C370" instead of "C460" to claim warranty if need arises.
Timtara Order# 10142395 Order#2a - Order Date: 05-01-2012 but NOT YET DELIVERED SO FAR. This order is done because of a wrong product delivery is done for me. Instead of sending the wrong product back to them, they agreed to give MRP difference of 300INR as unconditional Gift Voucher (no minimum purchase amount).
I could not find any useful items for 300 INR, so placed memory card order for 450 INR (300 GV then I paid additional 150 INR).
Timtara Order #10164421. * Order#3 - Order Date 08-Dec-2011 but NOT YET DELIVERED SO FAR (Microwave Oven). Finally, they have cancelled the order after two months and not sure they will actually refund my money.
Timtara Order #10141611 Guys, you can rely on some unknown abroad online-shopping sites but Do NOT Rely on this Indian shopping site TimTara.com; these incapable TimTara guys **can not take care of supply-chain-management and they provide world’s worst customer care by Not answering calls / mails.
One thing I would appreciate that these TimTara guys treat "all customers equally" by Not attending all customers’ calls / mails :-) (not just mine)!
Basically, I was not a FaceBook user. I have started using FB because TimTara! If you keep writing in their wall, they do respond.
[Update] They don’t respond even in FaceBook now-a-days. I am planning to approach the legal firm akosha.com to get my refund.
