I had placed my orders on 10th September 2012 and the product was supposed to be delivered within the months end. I didnt get the products and so decided to purchase from other websites later and requested for cancellation from timtara.com.
I had placed cancellation requests on 03-10-2012 and since then have called over 30 times, sent numerous emails and filled up the mange complaint and contact us forms on the website, all in vain.
Everytime I call the customer care I get the same reply: **"Sir please wait for another 24-48 hrs, request has been sent from our side to the concerned department and your order will be cancelled in the next 24-48 hrs."*
I wait for a couple of days, call again and again get the same reply.If I ask to speak to some senior they deny saying **"Sir our seniors will give you the same reply"** and if I push harder they put me on hold and then tell me **"Sir all our seniors are busy attending calls from other customers."*
Money doesnt grow on trees. Its my hard earned money and its sad and irritating that I have to suffer so much because I made the mistake of purchasing from a website like timtara.com and now my money is stuck.
Somebody please help me get my hard earned money back. Whom should I contact, where should I complain?? I wont ever buy from this website again or recommend anyone to buy.
