Hi panickerz, The review is according to my experience on pepperfry.com. As you must have noticed I updated the issue on comments and I am not changing the review as I still feel it was a good buying experience.
I finally got my products from pepperfry. Yes they did make a mistake in my order AGAIN. I had ordered for two Hoya UV filters, they sent me two ND filters. This time I am not complaining because the cost of one ND filter is equal to what I paid for both UV filters. :) Good for me. But now I kno read more...

I tried ordering another expensive item then cancelled the order. They called me back but as soon as I said first release my stuck payment they disconnected the call and jis no. se call aaya tha, they aren't answering +919212563229. Now what should I do? Someone please help.
Guys I contacted ccavenue, they said they cannot help since my payment was not made from their gateway. I had used an Indusind bank visa debit card. Whom should I contact now?
Well Binayak25 I do not know about their customer service yet. My flash Tv is still working fine but yes a lot of companies do that- they are willing to give you free demo and offers etc. but once you purchase their stuff they treat don't give a d*mn. Poor business ethics one might say.
