One very small tip which I hope will help everyone - if you have high powered glasses, stick to the non branded sunglasses that are available at every optician.
When you have high powered number, the lenses used are pretty thick. Although there are options for thinner lenses, they can get very expensive. And the colored lenses can go down to only a particular size. So it’s better to invest in the lenses as opposed to the frames.
Because frames can be changed, but lenses are a real task!
