This is my experience and letter I wrote to Naaptol but without any response: I had the worst experience with Naaptol.com for my order.
I bought a Car multimedia player for 1499+ 200 towards shipping charges based on Times of India ad. The first issue is that the product looks nothing like what is displayed on the ad. The ad has a large LCD panel and the product has a tiny little strip. I did not see any disclaimer as claimed by your customer service team mentioning that the image is not the same as the actual product. You are simply misleading all your customers.
The second issue is that the product is not functioning. I had it connected to my car and it is not powering up. Your customer service team is asking me to explain why it is not working. They fail to understand that neither I nor the auto accessories shop are responsible to answer that question. After a lot of argument, they have given me your vendor details and asked me to ship to the same. They say it would get repaired and there is no other option available neither a refund nor replacement nor exchange for higher value product.
It is pathetic service and I fail to understand how Naaptol will survive with such total disregard for customer satisfaction and quality. After having gone through couple of humiliating and frustrating experience with your customer service team, I have no intention of ever using your service again. I shall try to educate internet users in various sites about my horrible experience and caution them against falling intoNaaptoltrap.
