Hi It has been over 4 months since I posted this review and have followed up now and then with Naaptol. The update is that Naaptol customer service executives come back once in a while to my continued chasers. They then call me and say they are going to send me a refund cheque and want me to post read more...
Hi No response from Naaptol yet. I think they have no concept of customer service. Happy to add more details. Please be specific. And yes I shall add this url to naaptol as you suggested. Thanks Varma
