I ordered a car floor mat of 3d as advertised in promotion offer in Tradus. the seller sent a substandard car floor mat of some different maker. I tried several times to raise complaint but all the time the customer care reverted me the following mail
"We are experiencing a delay in responding to the queries due to some technical issues.Kindly allow us 48 hours to attend your concern.We regret the inconvenience caused. "
Tradus has become bunch of cheaters. I am planning to sue tradus in consumer court.
