I have found Travelguru to be quite a reliable website for booking hotels online. I’ve tried other websites, too, like Make My Trip and Ibibo, but have always had a bad experience. Travelguru has helped me book hotels on a couple of occasions quite satisfactorily.
The customer service is also good and their representatives are amicable and friendly. I think the most important things for an eCommerce site is how easily you can approach them, and Travelguru is pretty approachable.
