While we were looking for options for a good resort to spend the whole day with lot of activities, one option suggested by few was Wet n Wild Resorts. After talking to a travel advisor - Around Delhi (arounddelhi.com), we got the answer that this place is best as they have a bowling alley and water park is also pretty good to spend the whole day in Delhi’s hot summer. To our disappointment, when we reached the resort and started playing, the bowling alley has just 2 lanes - and they advertise saying one of the best bowling lanes in NCR region. On top of that, one lane is not working since a long time and they don’t plan to fix that !! The water park has just 3-4 rides and few other rides (which they say are available) were closed. The swimming pool water was dirty and slippery !! It was a major disappointment to see how they fool the customer by paying this travel advisor and through false advertisements. On top of that, the resort folks are cheating everyone by refusing to give the bill for the payment we made. They started asking for extra money than what was agreed to earlier. And the travel advisor around Delhi folks were taking their side asking me why do you want a bill. Not sure why people in India takes customer for granted and never try to serve them instead try to just earn from them (by doing everything possible including cheating).
