INTRO:
I saw the advertisement in the paper and decided to take a test drive, the reception was good in the Yamaha showroom and I was shown the model and detailed about it.
LOOKS & FEEL
When I first saw the bike I bowled over by its looks, its stickering is very bold and Flaunts the YAMAHA sticker all over, its indicators look like one in R1, its black alloys also complements to its looks, it has a racing cowl, zapper tyres, piston type silencer, its one of the best, All together it never feels like a small bike.
RIDE & EXPERIENCE
After some time I was given the the beauty to be ridden, the engine came to life with a touch, it felt very very roomy when compared to others in its segment, there was a very good throttle response and pick-up is in its best, thanks to its 11bhp motor, its 5-speed gear shift was a pleasure to use, disks had a good feel after riding it for some time and a little bit of coax to the representative sitting behind- I took it to a highway to see its true potential, the 5th gear was a boon in the highway and never felt it was a 125cc bike, only after speeds of 85+ it starts to vibrate, its tacho was ok I would have preferred a digital console like the one in pulsar.
MILEAGE
Its claimed to give 67 on road, but I think it’ll about 55+.
