Its been 10 days im out of internet.When I call customer care, I get taperecorded voice of customer care executives that give us 4-8 hrs to resolve the issue.I even threatened them to discontinue the service then also no action taken.Simply after taking the money they dont give a horseshit if u r getting the service or not.i would never recommend this isp for anyone.the only plus point is speed but whats the use if u dont have the connectivity.
