I made first payment by cheque with application. After few days was told that cheque had bounced and my connection was deactivated. I had more than sufficient balance in my bank account. They did not give any reason or cheque back. Also did not allow me to pay online.
Reason: They wanted to charge me Rs 56 for cheque bounce. After giving them new cheque they told that connection will be reactivated in 4 hours. But even after 4 days its not yet activated. Customer service is not responding. Relationship manager is a joke.
Forget about helping, they dont even respond. My Ac no: 1158037.
