Tata Sky has finally resolved the issue 2 days after i posted this review.

Yes, i agree with you. I had a similar experience with Eureka Forbes Wet & Dry vacuum cleaner sales & service. I too haven't received the bill even after 3 months. I was also promised a guaranteed gift scratch coupon, which of course i never got. Salesman: Mr Dhananjay Sonawane, PUNE.
