I have bought a ZERO B Sapphire and have been having many issues with this product. Here is the list of issues:
As per the company, this product comes with 3 Free Service During initial Warranty Period, BUT there are no visits by the Service representatives. You will have make multiple calls to ask for free services and wait for them to come. Bottom-line, the product does not get serviced properly during free Warranty Period.:(
So automatically, this product starts giving problems immediately after free Warranty Period. And every visit and parts are exorbitantly costly.
When you call ZERO B Bangalore office number, most of the times nobody will pick up the phone. Even some people like Swapnil don’t pick up their mobile phone making it difficult to even communicate your problems with the company.
The customer is being charged high for the brand name, BUT nowhere in their treatment you get a feeling that you are dealing with a branded product.
Just to share my experiences about this product: I have faced problems with the water level sensor not working at all, water tap breaking very frequently, need to change the filter very frequently, water leakage issues at 3-4 times in a years
