People like anshul from mphasis use appraisal to target and silence the unwanted employees. he is a lair . promising many team members onsite but did nothing. he also has serious ego and attitude problm. wheneve he come to bangalore, he take meeting which is waste of time. have seen many mangers treating their reportees with respect... and with professionalizm...manager should keep all ego and attitude at home..maybe anshul has problems at home so behaving with employees like this
yes, anshul srivastava is a big lair..with no ethics
abusing employees and misuingg powre is unprofessional. cannot expect manager to be unprofessional and employees to be professional.

i agree with 'stupid, useless, sick and trash managers like anshul are surviving only because of satisfying their bosses'...same holds good for his boss too...
there are useless and sick people like anshul. mismaneging healthcare division. only thing he is doing is making his bosses happpy . management same liek hitler still there....good example of poor manager- anshul

I 100% agree with this comment. there is absolutely NO service whatsoever. Moreover, the products is very high-maintenance!!!
