I am also with you. It has been 8 weeks and I still am struggling to get my refund from Amazon. But Amazon has succeeded to have lost the confidence of shopping on their site. I have been using flipkart now and it feels great.

I also used to be their regular customer. But for a month I started using flipkart where the refund process is much faster and professionally handled than Amazon. It has been 8 weeks and I still am waiting for my refund from Amazon. Flipkart did it in 3 working days.

Their refund is disgusting. They would ask you to return the product on your expense first. And on receiving the product will deny the refund. It has been 8 weeks and I am still struggling to have my refund back.
