Absolutely true, there service is pathetic, they are no1 is worst service! When I tried to recharge over online not able to login, If I try to reach through phone it saying Smart ID card number is not valid. Now planning to change DTH.

They are no 1 in worst customer service if your box is not working you need spend half to one hour with telephone conversation by providing all the details then they will arrange for a service, if you are ready to pay the service charges.

Its true, one of the worst costumer service is airtel they are surveying because of brand monopoly. Better those who are looking for new connection can go ahead with other internet service provider.
